The flagship MHFA Wales course teaching adults how to provide Mental Health First Aid to friends, families, and co-workers. Gain the skills to identify, understand, and help someone experiencing a mental health issue or crisis.

You'll learn to

  • Recognise the signs and symptoms of common mental health conditions

Youth Mental Health First Aid

Teaches adults how to provide Mental Health First Aid to young people. Mental illnesses often start in adolescence or early adulthood — early detection and intervention is critical.

  • Apply evidence-based first aid responses confidently
  • Support young people towards professional help
